What this Issue is:

This issue is about the existence and promotion of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) lifestyle and social-political movement.

What the Terms Mean:

  • Homosexual: Attracted to members of same sex

  • Gay: Slang for homosexual or men attracted to men.

  • Lesbian: Women attracted to women.

  • Transgender: Someone born in one gender who chooses to live as the other gender.

This issue is not just about our relationship with each other, but our relationship with our Creator, who made us male and female.

Overview

Regarding the Diversity in this Movement:

The movement is about promotion of maximum sexual diversity excluding heterosexuality.

The movement presents sexual diversity, not only in arbitrary choice of orientation of attraction, but arbitrary choice of gender expression, and arbitrary choice even of gender identity, as independent concepts from physical biology.

The movement seems to regularly add new types of sequality to their umbrella, so much so that it's difficult to keep up with what acronym is the politically correct one at any given time. Longer acronyms are now gaining more acceptance, such as 'LGBTQ2+', or '2SLGBTQ+', to include 'two-spirited' and 'queer' people. But even these may be outdated as the movement promotes '2SLGBTQIA+' and 'LGBTQQIP2SAA' acronyms.

It's been proposed to add incest to the LGBT movement: Incest Embraced by Liberals as "Sexual Diversity" - "Nothing Wrong With It” Say SJWs

There are also calls include those who are zoophilic, ie. desire sex with animals (beastiality): Protesters Call to Decriminalize Sex With Animals in Germany. It is presumed that this type of sexuality will eventually be included alongside the others in the movement.

Trigenderism is a recent addition: November 15, 2022 ‘Trigender’ person identifies as male, female, and neither

The number of supposed genders promoted by this movement seems to be increasing without any hard limit. The Government of San Franscico recognized 97 genders: 17 November, 2022 San Francisco Transgender Income Program Includes 97 Gender Options, 19 Sexual Orientations. More recent articles claim more genders than that: How Many Genders Are There In 2023? (this article lists 112 genders but does not include male or female). Wikipedia descrbes their list of gender identities as a 'dynamic' list which 'may never be able to satisfy particular standards for completeness'.

The Legal Argument of the LGBT Movement:

Law is arbitrary without any justification being legally required to make or change it. Once something is legal, no justification is legally required.

The Moral Argument of the LGBT Movement:

The movement is promoted as a kind of social justice movement on this basis:

  1. The LGBT movement used to insist that homosexuality is genetic (without finding such a gene) or that trans people were born into the 'wrong' body. Either way, portraying this behaviour as something voluntarily inborn is to portray it as not a choice and therefore deserving of legal protection from discrimination.

    This assertion was largely abandoned when the movement won equality rights under legislation which required minorities appealing for protection to be based on an immutable condition.

    Now there doesn't seem to be any uniform view in the LGBT movement as to whether the condition is inborn or a free choice. Some articles on the subject:

  2. Where an LGBT lifestyle is seen as a deliberate choice, it is widely promoted as a choice which is harmless to others, and therefore no business of anyone else to shame or criticize, and therefore only selfishness and narrow-mindedness to oppose.

Attraction of the LGBT Movement:

LGBT is presented as a kind of freedom and enlightenment, as though we are awakened to no longer need to be bound by the limitation of being only either male or female on a foundation of heterosexuality. For example, the mystical creature the unicorn is popularly used to illustrate the concepts of multi-axis sexual diversity to children:

It is also attractive to be part of a community with fiercely defended rights.

The Symbolism of the LGBT Movement:

The movement uses the natural feature of a rainbow, especially rainbow flag, as its symbol, which the movement promotes as representing the alleged diversity of human sexuality. The usage has been so pervasive that usage of a rainbow symbol has been socially accepted to exclusively signify solidarity with the LGBT community. Nevertheless before its widespread adoption by the LGBT community, the rainbow was a Biblical symbol of the Creator:

  • “I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.” (Holy Bible, KJV, Genesis 9:13)

  • “And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.” (Holy Bible, KJV, Revelation 4:3)

The Goal for the LGBT Movement:

The movement does not seem to simply be about winning freedoms or rights for people who want to live an LGBT lifestyle, but continues strong long after such things have been awarded, as though the goal is maximum participation of the society, express else implied, in support of the movement.

In particular the movement works hard to recruit people, especially children. Articles:

Surprisingly, rather than simply allow people to make their own decision about their sexual identity, the movement encourages outsiders to take a test which tells them, as a conclusion, if they are gay. Example Kinsey Scale (Am I GAY Test): this test ends with a results of 0-6, with all but the 0 result declaring that the person has at least some homosexual tendencies. In other words, the way the results of the test are framed, almost everyone is at least partly homosexual with exclusive heterosexuality being an extreme condition.

Sophistication of the Interventions:

Due to hormones and surgery, it can be very difficult to tell transgenders from the natural gender (cis-gender), so much so that many accepted gender-accepted celebrities are actually transgender. Examples:

The Support for the LGBT Movement:

In most Western countries, the LGBT lifestyle is not only strongly defended from criiticism, and promoted as essential to society, but with many institutions seemingly competing with each other for who can show the most support.

  1. Medical Industry Support for the LGBT Movement:

  2. Since the LGBT movement tends to portray its sexuality as biologically natural (rather than an arbitrary choice), and because gender transitioning is a medical intervention, for both things it depends on support from the medical industry, and, at least in the West, has generally been getting it. For example, it's not easy to criticize the LGBT movement if the medical experts say it's right. Related articles include:

    The medical industry has shown shocking willingness to perform or administer irreversible gender-related drugs and surgery, even on under-age (of majority) youth, in some cases even without parents' consent. In contrast, children are not permitted cigarettes or alcohol, no matter anyone's consent, to protect them.

  4. Western governments (Europe and North America) have typically been strong in support for the LGBT movement.

    1. Government Pro-LGBT Legislation, including:

      1. Government legally protecting the LGBT group from discrimination

      2. In practice, this includes any kind of criticism.

        Fear of the penalties of this kind of legislation seemed to silence objections to unlimited future proposals for more support and advancements of the LGBT movement in legal rights and culture.

      3. Government Criminalization of Conversion Therapy: There is something called 'conversion therapy', which is defined as trying to change someone's orientation back towards the gender they were born (cis-gender) into and/or heterosexuality.

        Western governments have been passing laws against it, on the argument that no one should be trying to change someone else's sexual orientation or gender identity.

        What's most bizarre is that encouraging change in only one direction is criminalized. Specifically, any attempts to convert someone from cis-gender towards trans-gender, or from heterosexuality to homosexuality, is never attacked under these laws. Only encouraging anyone to go from homosexuality and trans-genderism to heterosexuality or cis-genderism is criminalized. For example, the Criminal Code of Canada defines the offense of Conversion Therapy as:

        How can it be wrong to encourage someone to change their sexual oritentation in one direction but not the other?

        How did it become illegal to ecourage someone to legally not do something?

    2. Government/UN tending to favour the LGBT agenda where its aims conflict with traditional religious values

    3. Government paying for gender 'transition' treatments and surgery, sometimes even in other countries.

    5. Government officials making explicit shows of support for the LGBT lifestyle, far beyond whatever they do to show support for other religions or lifestyles or for heterosexuality. For example:

    10. Government criminalization of any show of opposition to the ideology of the LGBT Movement:

This is coercing people to comply with the practices of LGBT doctrine, betraying their own if it differs, and making traditional approaches illegal, on threat of punishments enforced by the Public justice system. Put another way, itis punishing people for non-conformance to the practices of the state religion, even when those practices are relatively new. A critic of LGBT could even be labelled a 'domestic terrorist'. In cases where LGBT-supporting groups call on Government to punish critics, this is suspected to be simply a pretext for what Government already intended to do. For example:

Government reluctance to impose any kind of restriction on the lifestyle: even while other people can't go to work, school, church, or their own funeral (without being burned to ashes first) to limit disease spread, if a disease of a new kind or aggression is found to be linked to LGBT events, even when the disease is of international alarm but still in its early stages of opportunity to limit it, neither the WHO nor any Government-based health authority dares to put any mandatory limit whatsoever on LGBT events or activities:

  6. The Education system is a prone to LGBT promotion because it is centrally controlled and because students have no power within the system to reject the curriculum presented as 'wrong' without failing that course.

  9. Mainstream Media Support for the LGBT Movement:

    1. Mainstream news media in full support of LGBT, hyping its events (even to publish guides), usually giving voice only to LGBT-supporters but not the other side, and portraying the LGBT movement as a very noble struggle for basic human rights.

    3. Mainstream entertainment media in full support, often not only including LGBT characters, even in children's programs, but re-publishing well-known existing charaters in an LGBT form, ignoring what the Public wants against their own profit incentive (these initiatives often flop):

  11. Clergy have generally not objected to LGBT (or been punished internally for doing so), and have been showing increasingly explicit support for the LGBT movement.

    1. An LGBT lifestyle portrayed as a path of intellectual advancement and superiority. Example article PDF 31 Jan 2012: INTELLIGENCE AND HOMOSEXUALITY

      Interestingly, before being homosexual was portrayed as intelligence it was portrayed as happiness. This was the highjacking of the word 'gay', which previously meant outwardly happy, so that now it is popularly only used to refer to homosexuality.

Marketing of the LGBT Movement

The LGBT movement seems to rely on legislation and a 'soft' (emotional) sell approach for its promotion and grwoth. This is not a movement which will typically debate opponents, but rather abruptly legislate them into silence. This is not a movement which will typically hand you a list of benefits, costs, and risks of why you should go gay or transexual and let you decide. Rather it holds enormous celebrations and entices people to go LGBT to best join their party.

Success & Strength of the Movement:

Due to the tremendous and explicit promotion of this lifestyle far beyond what is required for it practitioners to have freedoms to live that lifestyle unhindered, by every institution of society (others at least being silent), LGBT has been operating in practice, at least in the West, as a kind of publicly acclaimed national religion.

Yet perhaps the greatest success of the LGBT movement has been how terrified its made even its strongest opponents to speak their opinion. In no other issue are people so afraid to publicly say something is wrong if they think it's wrong. Astonishingly, even clergy of religions with teachings about this in their scriptures are nearly all silent from speaking those teachings.

Any criticism thus being silenced, and only praise remaining, the LGBT movement has enjoyed nothing but shows of support in recent years in the public arena, and has grown on that support. Governments and corporations are falling over each other in the race to show more and more support for this movement, which definitely involves our entire society at this point.

The movement doesn't seem to set any limit on their increase in public presence. For example, in Toronto, the annual Pride parade began as an event of one day a year, then it became Pride Week, then Pride Month, and now it's Pride Season (June to September in Canad: the entire warm season).

Promotion of LGBT:

  1. Claim: Someone else's sexuality is no business of yours but only a matter for the privacy of their bedroom.

  2. This is irrelevant because it is not what the LGBT movement is about. LGBT ideals may have been built on this kind of thinking in its earliest stages, but now the movement is not about individual liberties but public endorsement (such as by legislation, public funding, and public parades & festivals) and public focus. In fact there doesn't seem to be any other identifiable group or movement in the world which demands as much continual and explicit show of public support as the LGBT movement.

    For anyone opposed, there is dwindling ability to avoid giving express or implied approval for the ideology, and dwindling abiltiy to oppose it. It demands acknowledgement in the political, religious, scientific, entertainment, and virtually every other social sector. Beyond that it is as much about decreasing rights & freedoms of opponents as it is for increasing rights & freedoms for LGBT people, such as the passage of 'hate speech' laws criminalizing criticism of the LGBT movement: it is as much about putting critics into the closest as it is about them coming out of the closet. For example, if someone who appears to be male informs you of their identity as a trans woman, depending where you live, you are legally obligated to refer to that person with female (she/her) pronouns thereafter, or face criminal charges.

    Noteworthy is the insistence that criticism of the LGBT behaviour be as severely punished as criticism of clearly inborn traits such as race.

  3. Claim: The LGBT movement isn't hurting anyone.

  4. Sure it is, especially when we're talking about irreversible surgical interventions to those inside the movement (these are physical wounds howevermuch desired), and severe legal restriction and prosecution of peaceful external opponenets.

    The only valid questions are whether it's right or worth it, not whether it's hurting anyone.

  5. Claim: LGBT activism by Government and Corporations improves them.

  6. No, it distracts them from the purpose we rely on them for, which is especially dangerous in competitive and resource-limited situations. We don't need Government and Corporations to be activists for top-down social change by use of their authority. Social change is something the Public will take care of on its own. We do better when Governments and Corporations focus their planning, effort, and resources exclusively on fulfilling their primary roles for society, according to their type.

  7. Claim: What our military strength is achieved through LGBT inclusion.

  8. American military has recently been focusing on LGBT inclusion for strength, while Russia and China have been focusing on exotic weapon inclusion. The result is that America has sexually diverse soldiers in the field, and Russia and China have nuclear-capable hypersonic missiles in the field for which America has no matching technology and no defense. Which path served the function of national defense better? Time will tell whether LGBT inclusion or combat readiness is the more effective military focus. Articles:

Bible Scripture on LGBT Issues:

  • Holy Bible, KJV, Leviticus 18:22: Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

  • Holy Bible, KJV, Leviticus 20:13: If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Questions:

This issue hasn't been well thought, or at least well explained, from all angles, and that's dangerous for any course of action. Certain questions haven't been raised in the Public mind, namely:

  1. How did something which was once illegal become not only legal but illegal to criticize?

  2. Should behaviours be shielded from criticism under Human Rights legislation?

  3. How do we reconcile LGBT claims with biology? Related articles:

  4. If we are created in God's image, why should anyone want to change themselves away from that?

  5. Do people understand the details of this issue before deciding on it? Can we explain, for example, the details of how a neovagina or neopenis are constructed?

  6. What common idea binds lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, two-spirited, queer, and zoophilic people together in one movement?

    No rational reason is offered for their association, except 'diversity', but that would require the inclusion of heterosexuality, which the movement never includes.

    Why not include heterosexuality? There must be a reason. What do the aforementioned types of sexuality have in common with each other, which they do not have in common with heterosexuality? Surely this is something of foundational importrance to understand the exclusivity of this inclusive movement.

  7. Does an LGBT lifestyle submit to or defy the forces which made us (whichever one you believe in), and to what consequence? Specifically:

    1. Where does LGBT fit into the Theory of Creation by Intelligent Design?

    2. Does the choice of an LGBTQ2 lifestyle infringe on the rights of the Creator?

    3. It's an important theological question to ask. Put a different way, whose right is it to choose your gender: yours or the Creator's? If the Creator designed sex a certain way, or appointed a certain gender for someone, do we have authority to attempt to defy the Creator's choice?

      The Creator should not be omitted when we consider whether or not an action harms someone, but rather considered first, out of respect.

      It is worth noting that even human law requires us to seek certified permission from the government we live under for many basic lifestyle choices (such as: driving a car, cutting down a tree, having a pet cat or dog, or even getting married) and licenses for most software we use forbids modification witout the creator's consent.

      Below are two passages from the Bible which might provide clues as to how our Creator might feel about LGBT:

      [22] Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
      [23] Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
      [24] Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
      [25] And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.
      [26] Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:
      [27] (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)
      [28] That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.

      It's worth nothing that concerning child mutilation, speech laws, public funding, and the rainbow flag, our society's support for the LGBT movement has already gone well beyond what we know of Sodom. That's dangerous because God has only one standard of justice for everyone.

    4. Where does LGBT fit into the Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection? How did homosexuality evolve in this model (if it did)?

  8. Does LGBT lifestyle work for our species over the long-term? Heterosexuality, however hated, has worked to sustain our species for at least a billion years.

  9. Is LGBT a movement everyone can join without harm to our species? If everyone, for example, were to instantly go homosexual, what would happen to our species?

  10. Is sex the primary way someone should be defined? Is there any other way to define a person that matters?

  11. While pursuing enlightenment through sexual diversity, does this detract from pursuit of enlightenment through knowledge, wisdom, or spirituality? The rate at which we are developing our consciousness has a tremendous impact on our evolution as a species.

    "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." (Holy Bible, 1 Cor 2:9)
  12. Is being non-binary a freedom or a prison? Though being non-binary may be presented as like a 2D character discovering 3D existence, rejecting male and female isn't a discovery of a whole new axis of existence, but an elimination of the axes you had. It's not like having an x-axis to move in and a y-axis to move in and discovering a z-axis to move in also; it's like rejecting x-axis, rejecting y-axis, and having nowhere else to go.

  13. Is sexual orgasm the pinnacle of existence? Is it possible that spirituality offers more and more lasting pleasures when properly developed?

    It is dangerous to assume that the patient's desired treatment must be the cure, especially when dealing with an irreversible intervention. Where is the evidence that this is the cure?

Since we don't have the technolgy to turn a human from one biological gender to the other completely, is it possible that an incomplete transformation will dissatisfy, and to what psychological end result? For example, we have no way to change whether they are XX or XY chromosome in every cell of their body. What happens when the patient realizes they can never completely become the trans gender?   20. What happens if a medically 'transitioned' person regrets the gender 'transition' afterwards? Is the risk of this outcome discussed, as something which does sometimes happen, before the 'gender-affirming' surgery procedure?

If someone is physically in every way a certain gender, but claims to be 'trapped' in that body as though their consciousness is a different gender, doesn't believing that require that consciousness is a separate thing from the physical body? Whoa -- did we just prove that each person is a living spirit? Is that a fact recognized by the medical community now? Apparently it is, at least when they want to do something which requires this premise. Otherwise the materialistic view is that they cannot be trapped in the wrong body because their body is them 100%.

  23. If each person is a living spirit, how do we know the gender of that spirit? Do spirits have a gender? Of course, if the spirit has no gender then they cannot be the wrong gendered spirit in a body of the other gender.

  24. If we cannot know the gender of a spirit, should we interfere in a claimed mismatch of their spirit to their body? Wouldn't that be like giving someone a blood transfusion based on what they say without actually checking their blood type first? If someone died in such a situation, and the physician didn't check their blood type, wouldn't that be malpractice? Is it malpractice to change someone's body to match a spiritual gender we cannot determine?

    Is the physician permitted to question the patient? Are there many other medical procedures, especially irreversible ones, where you tell the physician what you want and that's all they need for their cooperation, or is this an exception based on politically-motivated medical negligence?

  29. In the case of gender dysphoric children, is it possible that the child has been impressioned by an external source? Do children only generate their own original ideas or do they ever absorb some ideas from outside sources such as: parents, teachers, peers, and public media?

    If the child is not the origin of the idea, who or what is, and would a gender intervention serve the child or that other party?

  30. Should gender 'transition'/'reassignment'/'confirmation'/'affirmation' medical interventions be performed on a child's consent alone and at what age?

    Normally, to protect children, we don't allow them to make decisions of long-term effect, such as entering into contracts, or even smoking or drinking alcohol: these things typically require a minimum age of 18-21, depending on which one and your region, by law.

    Yet 'gender transition' medical interventions are, in some places, permitted on child consent alone, even as young as 14 years, even though it can be tissue-destructive and irreversible.

    It begs the questions of what age children are competent for serious decisions and why we don't apply this principle consistently across all issues.

  31. What are the expected medical costs of gender 'transition'?

  32. What do you gain and lose, in attempting to change your gender? A benefit:cost ratio is basic information for any decision.

  33. What are the possible medical risks of gender transitions, short and long-term (and do physicians even know them all yet)? For example, what is the effect of cross-gender hormones on developing childrens' bodies (besides sex characteristics)? Does it affect the developing brain and bones, for example? Do we have enough experience with this to say?

  34. How are those who have gender transitioned doing years later?

  35. Should parents have the right to biologically alter their children?

  36. Are parents pressured by 'experts' to consent to medical gender interventions for their children?   37. Is gender 'transition' always the right decision for everyone suffering from gender dysphoria? Is it possible that for some individuals, gender transition is not the right decision?

  38. Is sexual orientation inborn (physically biological)? If it is, then it's nature more than choice, and not wrong. But it also means it must be associated with a specific physicial and quantifiable feature (such as a gene) which can be detected through a test. It's either physically identifiable nature, or it's subjective reality and behaviour. Which is it?

  39. Is it important to confirm a gender dysphoria condition, with an objective test, before irreversible treatment is started? We normally do this with treatment of serious implications (chemotherapy, for example); we don't just give it because the patient wants it: the condition must be confirmed on a test.

  40. If sexual orientation is inborn (physically biological), why has the number of people identifying as LGBT sharply increased in recent years, the same years it was socially 'cool' to be LGBT? Is it possible that social pressures for or against LGBT status have any effect on what orientation people identify as? If so, is it moral that anyone be pressured to alter their gender identity? Examples:

  41. If sexual orientation is not inborn, but a choice, what is the moral framework and moral resonsibility for that choice? All choices have a responsibilty attached, and although some choices are of little consequence, those which cause irreversible biological change surely come with a moral implication of some kind.

  42. If LGBT is a behaviour, how can it be distinguished from sexual depravity? Is there such a thing anymore? It's just a question. Where is the line, in human sexuality, beyond which things are immoral, or is there no line?

  43. Is pride of one's sexual orientation the exclusive right of the LGBTQ2 community? For example, do heterosexuals have anything to be proud about?

  44. Is it OK to remain in the gender you were born with? Is change always the path of self-improvement?

  45. If parents don't cooperate with a 'gender transition' does that mean their children should be taken away from them? Are parents required to agree with what their children want?

  46. Is the LGBT movement leading society into rejecting basic principles of the reality of biology, and therefore, into self-deception? Are these The Emperor's New Clothes?

  47. Is transgenderism creating a problem for womens' sports? Do men who transition to trans-women have an athetic advantage, and is that advantage unfair or even physically unsafe for other players?

  48. Why is it suddenly seen as the best solution to have surgery to conform to gender stereotypes rather than simply ignore those stereotypes (which was the previous approach of left-wing politics)? This idea was mentioned by Maxime Bernier as reported in the latter half of this article.

  50. Are you willing to die, or send your family to die, or be conscripted, to defend the rights our society has awarded to the LGBT movement?
